Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our skin and hair care products, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • There is an issue with your order that has been approved

To be eligible:

  • Provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:
